Return policy and procedure
Do you want to make a return?
You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.
*Items returned in non-saleable condition such as -
- Unsealed
- Swatched/Used (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
- Relabelled
- Refiled
- Pierced
- Partially missing items
Our return policy does not allow any refund on purchases, it is only possible to make an exchange or obtain a store credit.
Do you want to make an exchange or get store credit?
Return costs are not assumed by Katrine Marso. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, it is possible to make an exchange by coming directly to our head office to avoid these costs. The address is 239 rue Bélanger, St-Jérôme, Qc, J7Y 1K7. See schedule for opening hours.
1) Pack the item in its original packaging and the form in the original box or in a box provided by the post office
3) Go to the nearest post office and obtain the return label mentioning the address of our head office
4) Send the package (opt for the delivery option with tracking number if possible)
5) We will get back to you within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your return
Please note that the return process may take 7 to 10 business days for processing and transit time of the returned package. Returns should be addressed to the following address: 239 Rue Bélanger, Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, Canada J7Y 1K7.

Purchase policy

However, Katrine Marso is committed to offering free shipping on your order or 10% off your next purchase if and only if you purchased 24 hours before the official sale. Just email us at info@katrinemarso.com entering your full name and order number so that we can verify the accuracy of the information.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, contact us at info@katrinemarso.com. If a replacement item is not available, a credit note for the original purchase value will be issued. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible. If 30 days or more have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
Katrine Marso is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Indeed, the seller is presumed to have fulfilled his main obligation to deliver when he has attempted to do so on the date indicated in the contract, on a later date agreed in writing with the consumer or, again, on the date appearing in a notice sent within a reasonable time, but that it did not succeed due to the actions or negligence of the consumer who, for example, does not take possession of the goods delivered (Consumer Protection Law, art. 54.10) .
Thus, the responsibility falls to our postal company (here Post Canada, Purolator, and/or UPS) as soon as our packages leave our warehouse in St-Jérôme. Customers are therefore advised to file a claim for loss/damage directly through the postal service and/or at your financial institution if you purchased using a credit card. Katrine Marso will provide all necessary information to facilitate the claim.
Orders to Canada will be charged Canadian sales tax. International orders are subject to customs duties and fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Katrine Marso reserves the right to refuse any order it deems fraudulent or abusive.
Refund Policy
You can return a product within 30 days of the date of receipt. Katrine Marso only offers store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. After 30 days from date of receipt, no refund can be offered. To be eligible for a return, see above.
To make a return, make sure you have read, acknowledge and understand the integrity of our Return Policy. Subsequently, please email us at info@katrinemarso.com including the order number, the items and the reason you wish to make a return. We will then send you the procedures to follow for returning the items.
Delivery policy
At Katrine Marso, we are dedicated to providing you with fast and efficient delivery service. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days, which means any orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We offer several delivery options, including Canada Post (Expedited Parcel or Regular Parcel) and Purolator Ground.
